About the Author
Benjamin Dropkin, MD is a reconstructive urologist at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology. He completed a fellowship in Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center following a residency in Urologic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. During residency he was awarded the In-Service Achievement Award as a Chief Resident for obtaining the highest exam score in the program. He graduated Alpha Omega Alpha from Dartmouth Medical School and summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Hamilton College. His clinical and research interests include urethral stricture disease, male incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and Peyronie's disease.
